Crow card for Matt

A Tree card for Matt's birthday.

We share an affinity for crows, so the embossed murder of them is my favourite part of the card (their from Stampscapes Rubber Stamps.) I was happy to use a different looking background stamp. That, and a bit of sponging. I got this forest stamp from Non Sequitur Art Stamps. Plate number 71 (Winter Solstice).

I used the same stamp to make cards for Dad's birthday (of course, since he's a tree-doctor).

I never pre-make enough "masculine" cards: being obsessed with embossing and cutting out flowers to bead has it's drawbacks.

I can send you a card kit if you want. Just photograph your paper and I'll send you pieces that are easy to assemble. (OR come visit!)
