Hi Mel, Sorry to hear about the "migraine-attack". Hope you have a speedy recovery. Take care and thank you for all the wonderful tutorial and links that you have posted, such an invaluable crafting resources. warm hugs from Malaysia, Heaney xx
Do yourself a favor, like I did, find yourself a Chiropractor immediately. I suffered from Fibromyalgia, Thyroid Eye Disease/Hyperthyroidism, Migraines & TMJ, Spinal Arthritis amoungest other physical pain. After reluctantly visiting a chiroprator that a friend referred me to, these past six months have been a blessing! He use's a hand-held gizmo with a 30lb. thrust that you can barely feel, and I'm in less pain than I ever thought I could be in at 60 yrs old! Standing straighter and having more energy. :0) Take care of yourself there's all sorts of alternative medicines available that do work!
I'm going through the same thing right now. Botox was helping me for a while but that does not seem to be working anymore either. At least I don't have any wrinkles;)
Oh.. I hope you'll feel better soon. I know for myself suffering from migraine is "not much fun"... All the best Mel and a quick recovery! Hugs, Shirley
Probably that last marathon tag post that you did! That should keep us going for a while anyway Mel and hope you recover soon. Not good to have migraines over the festive season so look after yourself and be well soon. :)
Terrible news - Mr Migraine, go away immediately...
So sorry you are suffering again Mel. Hope you're back on your feet again soon - I know that they can be debilitating - not from personal experience thank goodness.
Sending huge hugs from the UK and if its a real belter (although I hope it isn't), I'll wish you a happy Christmas now.

oh that so sucks. I am on day 3 of one. I don't understand why they don't go away. I even give myself shots and nothing works this time. I sympathize with you and hope you feel better soon. HUGS!
Hi Mel, Just found your blog and saw you are a fellow migraine sufferer. I've been getting the nasty things for over 20 years now and tried every drug, alternative medicine, chiro, accupuncture, osteo, you name it I've tried it but I discovered an over the counter drug that stops my pain dead in it's tracks. Panadol Extra. Which is just panadol and caffeine. No idea why it works and normal panadol and coffee doesn't and no idea if it'll work for you, but I take 3 as soon as I get the migraine twinge and NONE of them have developed into a full blown attack. Anything is worth a try! Good luck and love your blog!!
