I caved and bought a couple of Bellas (and two jumbo flowers from Stamping Bella.) This is Artistabella. (Click on the photo for a close up look.) The swirls are the same as in my previous post (acrylic ones "Swirls V2.") They work SO very well with the Encore stamp pads (silver/gold.) The little swirls at top and bottom were covered in the Aegean Blue Versamagic chalk in then I daubed "Not Quite Navy" S.U. craft ink on with my finger. (Don't wanna muck up that stamp pad!) I imagine the acrylics work well with clear Versamark too; I'll have to try it...) Anywho, Bella is embossed with black, coloured with a blender pen, white signo gel pen, and a silver Creative Memories pen.
The cardstock used is just "Blue Bayou" and "Soft Sky." The little angular "Soft Sky" tabs are punched out with S.U.'s paper piecing punch (finally found a use for that little sucker that I love.) The gem brads are S.U. too...Bella is framed using the out of the box technique<---click that link for a great tutorial by Leslie Miller.
Thanks for looking at yet another blue card, muhahahahaha! ;0)
